Every workout maximizes fat loss, muscle gain, flexibility, and resilience using bodyweight strength and conditioning. Every workout incorporates elements of every modality I’ve trained, from sport performance to yoga, from calisthenics to kettlebells, and more.
Every workout has 4 components:
Every workout trains the entire body providing the minimum effective dose for maximum metabolic and strengthening effect and takes between 10 minutes and 1 hr.
We will take a look at your results together and decide how best to continue towards your goals. Graduates of the 14 Day Challenge gain access to the 90 Day Challenge, and we will discuss this option upon graduation and see if it makes sense for you.
This program is not specifically designed for women. However, there are some women who get AMAZING results with this method. If you are or know a woman who is ready to drop a pants size and feel like yourself again, fill out an application.
This program is designed to serve men whose time is extremely limited, and whose responsibility is extremely elevated. If you must accomplish more with less, and lead and serve with energy and potency, you will get great results with this program.
