Every workout maximizes fat loss, muscle gain, flexibility, and resilience using bodyweight strength and conditioning. Every workout incorporates elements of every modality I’ve trained, from sport performance to yoga, from calisthenics to kettlebells, and more.

Every workout has 4 components:

  1. Core
  2. Strength
  3. Conditioning
  4. Flexibility

Every workout trains the entire body providing the minimum effective dose for maximum metabolic and strengthening effect and takes between 10 minutes and 1 hr.

10 minutes per day is all you need to see results.

Absolutely not. You do, however, have to be willing to check your ego at the door.

No. A yoga mat for your floor is helpful, however.  If happen to have access to equipment, we will incorporate it into your plan and your workouts

Yes.  There is no set “diet.” We tailor every man’s nutrition plan based on your body and goals.

Yes! We always find movements that work for each individual.

Of course – that’s the beauty of virtual bodyweight workouts!  We go with you anywhere.

The first Monday of every month.  When the waitlist is long enough, we launch an additional round on the third Monday of the month.

We will take a look at your results together and decide how best to continue towards your goals.  Graduates of the 14 Day Challenge gain access to the 90 Day Challenge, and we will discuss this option upon graduation and see if it makes sense for you.
